A NOTE FROM THE EXPERT

I have spent the last twelve years working in the hospitality industry. Seven of those have been in the private luxury sector, both in France on luxury hotel barges and chalets as an employee, and most recently in stately homes in England where I set up my own week long luxury hospitality package for small groups of international guests.

Having spent the majority of my time in the industry working as part of a team, I have recognised the importance of placing the correct individuals to match the demands of the roles in question to ensure a seamless experience for the customer.

I believe that this personalisation is imperative in this industry; firstly to allow a successful experience during placement, but additionally to encourage our talented candidates to pursue their career in freelance hospitality, by only providing positive experiences.

Have a cuisine style or specific dishes in mind? Let us know. Alternatively let our chefs use their creative flare and provide sample suggested menus for your perusal.

A fully catered service provides breakfast, lunch and dinner during your stay. Accompanied with a butler/housekeeper, a complete 'private hotel experience' can be organised.
